Meet your baker!
I'm Houaha Xiong and Im currently still in school and I work a part time job. This year I've managed enough time and passion to start a little bakery business in my local area. Baking has always been my specialty for birthdays, gifts, and holidays. And now I want my work to come around and credit me for my skills! Though I've been baking for years, I've never really decorated cakes so I am still a beginner at that. I would highly appreciate if you'd be mindful and considerate of who I am and what I'm only capable of doing. Thank you!
Cakes specialty
I've never really been a big fan of heavy buttercream and extremely buttery frosting. It has always been way too sweet and hefty for me to handle. I've been able to make whipped frosting that is just around the right amount of sweetness to eat with the cake. The whipped frosting is very light, almost airy but has a bit of dense to it. And if you relate to me, I hope you'll love mine!
What to expect
This is almost what you should expect when you get your cake! I said "almost" because there'll be more things placed with the box! It'll come in with my business card and my sticker. And you'll be getting your order with a plastic bag!

Pandan cake is originated from Malaysia and Indonesia and was invented in the 1920's. It is a chiffon cake, meaning pandan cake is meant to be very light, airy, also yet spongy with a very delicate flavor. They have a very unique taste with that being made from the juice of pandan leaves. Pandan cakes taste can be described as banana or leafy, creamy coconut, and a bit of a nutty taste like pistachio.
The pandan cake I make, is so delicious and easy to eat! It is super easy to swallow and it's not dry at all! Its extremely, light, airy, spongy, and super soft. It has such a beautiful, bright, vibrant, green color to it! I've decided to master and bring out a yummy pandan cake to town because I've never found these cakes being sold around town. It's seriously so delicious to look at! This Pandan Cake is a must try from myself personally!:)
